A brighter future for SMEs facing commercial disputes

The start of the year often coincides with a spike in commercial disputes for SMEs, as businesses focus on cashflow and tidying up loose ends from the previous year.

Research from the Legal Services Board suggests UK businesses are losing £40bn each year because of legal disputes, and this is exacerbated by the fact only one in ten businesses think there is an effective way of resolving disputes.
